The Maintenance and Operations Department is responsible for repairing and maintaining approximately 2.7 million square feet of classrooms and buildings, 269 acres of turf and 4 swimming pools. In maintaining and enhancing buildings, grounds and the physical infrastructure, we provide an effective, customer service oriented approach in asset management to sustain all CVUSD facilities at the highest level for as long as possible.
In doing so, Maintenance and Operations supports the educational process by ensuring safe and healthy teaching and learning environments for all Chino Valley Unified School District students and staff.
