    Benefit Eligible Active Employees: 


    MANDATORY Online Open Enrollment will be from MAY 1, 2017 through MAY 19, 2017 on the CSEBA self-service website, EBenefits. All benefit eligible certificated and management employees MUST participate in this process to maintain or opt out of all district health and welfare benefits for 2017/2018. For more information please click on the link(s) below.


    The CVUSD benefits staff, CSEBA representatives and Insurance Carriers will be on site for help. This will take place on Monday, May 8 from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm and Tuesday, May 9 from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm at the Professional Development Center 2 (PDC 2), located at 4545 Danito Court, Chino CA, 91710.


    No Appointment Necessary.

    American Fidelity

    Customer Service Days are here!

    Open to all Benefit Eligible employees, Certificated and Classifed.

    Once a month, American Fidelity will be available at the Business Services Dept. (District building 6) to assist employees who have questions about their products.

    No appointment necessary, Walk-Ins welcome or schedule an appointment by calling 866.523.1857 ext. 0

The Chino Valley Unified School District offers a full array of benefit options for its employees!  Certificated and Management health and welfare benefits are pro-rated, based on the employee's FTE*.  Classified employees working four or more hours per day (20+ hrs per week) are eligible for health and welfare benefits, pro-rated based on FTE*.  Each bargaining unit has a health and welfare cap.  Employees who select a benefit package that exceeds the allowance are responsible to pay the over cap amount via payroll deductions.  Additional benefits-related information can be obtained by contacting the appropriate individual on the link below.
